The final images are <b>very high-resolution maps<\/b> (nanometer scale) of the sample surface. They provide information on <b>topography, roughness and various surface properties<\/b> (magnetic, mechanical and electrical).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
