Perkin Elmer Lambda 1050

This equipment has three modules that provide 3 complementary measurements:

• a “3DWB det” module equipped with 3 detectors (PMT, InGaAs, PbS) for absorption/transmission measurements from 175 nm to 3300 nm;
• a “150 mm InGaAs Int.sphere” module equipped with two detectors (PMT and InGaAs) and a 150 mm integrating sphere for diffuse reflection measurements from 250 nm to 2500 nm;
• a “URA” module equipped with two detectors (Si, PbS) for absolute specular reflection measurements from 250 nm to 3200 nm at angles from 8° to 70°.
