Zeiss Axio Imager optical microscope

This optical microscope features 6 objectives ranging from x5 to x100, on an automatic turret. The sample can be illuminated in transmission or reflection, in bright or dark field, and also in polarized light. A UV light source is also available. Its stage is motorized along the X and Y axes, enabling mapping sample up to the size of 80x55mm. Motorization of its Z axis opens up the possibility of extended focus.
