Rigaku Synergy S

This instrument features:

• a Mo anode microsource tube (with Montel-type focusing optics);
• Si detector with Hypix6000 hybrid pixels;
• a nitrogen cryogenic system (Oxford Cryosystems 800+) to vary the crystal temperature from 90 K to 500 K.

It combines the advantages of a microsource (high diffracted intensity with small crystals) with the excellent signal-to-noise ratio provided by a latest-generation Si detector with hybrid pixels.
